It was George Hodson of the Bow Brewery in London who, in 1786, finally perfected a way to get beer to his majesty's troops
in India. Make a beer of incredible strength and hop the snot out of it. These India Pale Ales are the pride of New Mexico's brewers

Brewers throughtout NM brew up their best IPAs yearly for the IPA Challange and pit their wares against each others' in a blind tasting.
